I want to list my restaurant — where do I start?
Head to Get Listed in the main menu — it walks you through owner vs. broker paths and what a listing needs (financials, kitchen infrastructure, lease terms, and photos).
I'm a broker — can I represent multiple clients?
Yes. Broker and Agency plans support managing listings for multiple clients from one dashboard, with a lead CRM and deal pipeline. See the Broker Program page for details.
Is browsing and buying free?
Yes — buyer accounts are free. Search, favorite listings, save searches, and message owners or brokers directly at no cost.
